The Services Mall provides a single point of access to all the University services for students. It has a floor area of 2500 sq metres and is 9 metres high. Located in the mall are 600 seats, cafe facilities, and both desktop and laptop computers. It also houses 40% of the books and journals of the University.

The fantastic artwork on the walls of the Services Mall (above) is by the internationally renowned, Glasgow artist Toby Paterson. The Services Mall provides self service access to student services through touch screen kiosks as well as face to face support at the Base, semi-private consultation in inflatable igloos (right), and a totally private consulting suite.
